BOOTLEGGER MOONSHINE

Moonshine first crossed the lips of our Master Distiller while he was on an expedition through North America. Upon touching back on African soil, Angelo realised that with South Africa being one of the most culturally rich countries in the world, holding generations of unique distilling techniques, we could amalgamate this knowledge to create a proudly South African Moonshine.

From this, the inspiration for Bootlegger Moonshine was born.

Based out in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands, we produce our hand-crafted Bootlegger Moonshine using locally sourced ingredients and homegrown South African recipes that have been shared and adapted through generations.
